5-10 years minimum.
|
|
Transactions:

|
60-75% retail tenant representation experience in the 5,000-150,000 SF range.
|
|
Technical Skills:
|
|
Tech savvy (PDA, Word, Excel, web, Adobe, email, fax, etc.)
|
|
Strengths:
|
|
Business development background, self-starter, team player, business developer, relationship oriented, goal oriented, detailed, organized.
|
|
Professional Designations:
|
|
CCIM, CLS (preferred but not necessary)
|
Actual Production (average, past 3 years):
(evidenced by IRS Form 1099 or Tax Returns)
|
|
$200,000 minimum gross per year for 2-3 years.
|
|
