Years of Experience:

3-5 years minimum.
|
|
Transactions:
|
|
Experience in representing Buyers or Sellers in a cross-section of retail, office, industrial and income properties. Working knowledge of financing sources and familiarity with 1031 exchanges.
|
|
Technical Skills:
|
|
Tech savvy (PDA, Word, Excel, web, Adobe, email, fax, etc.)
|
|
Strengths:
|
|
Business development background, high integrity, self-starter, team player, relationship oriented, goal oriented, detailed, organized.
|
|
Professional Designations:
|
|
CCIM (preferred but not necessary)
|
Actual Production (average, past 3 years):
(evidenced by IRS Form 1099 or Tax Returns)
|
|
$100,000-200,000 minimum gross for 2-3 consistent years.
