Sherry joined NAI Austin in 2005, with over 16 years of experience in operations and real estate management. She is the Director of Operations, a member of the NAI Austin Management Team and serves in an executive leadership role on the board of the NAI Global Retail Council.
With a focused philosophy towards customer service, Sherry is well-known in the Austin Metro Area for her professionalism, retail market knowledge, focus on customer service and ability to negotiate and manage complex transactions on behalf of her clients.
Sherry represents (1) tenants, franchisors and franchisees in locating, negotiating, leasing, sub-leasing and acquiring retail space and build-to-suit retail facilities; (2) building owners and landlords in marketing and leasing available retail space; (3) building owners, investors and developers in marketing and selling retail properties and investment portfolios; (4) investors in locating and acquiring income-producing retail properties and investment portfolios.
