Jolie M. Schooler joined NAI REOC Austin in 2009 as a member of the Corporate Services Team. She was most recently Vice President at Endeavor Real Estate Group. With over 14 years of real estate and management experience at companies including Endeavor, CBRE and IBM, Ms. Schooler has experienced consistent success building creative strategies to identify, negotiate and close large commercial transactions.
Mrs. Schooler was selected as one of the "Top Women in Real Estate" for 2007. She was recognized at the 'Real Estate Deal of the Year' awards ceremony for being on the winning team that listed and successfully closed the 'Best Industrial Deal' in 2004, a 545,000 square foot Corporate Headquarters for a national distribution and manufacturing company. She was recognized again in 2006 for brokering the 'Largest Industrial Lease', a 190,000 square foot facility, and was a CoStar Power Broker for two counties in 2005.
Prior to commercial real estate, Mrs. Schooler held leadership responsibility for IBM Global Services, a $40B division of IBM. She achieved top sales and closed a large deal in 2001, earning her team national recognition for her $15M transaction.
A consistent top producer with a solid background in retail, office and industrial properties, Mrs. Schooler now utilizes her extensive relationship sales experience to provide superior service to her clients at NAI REOC Austin.
